Terms & Conditions
Effective April 23, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of GlobalAdmit, including the profile scoring, preferences, application planning, application status tracking, and task management features available through the dashboard.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of GlobalAdmit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
GlobalAdmit is designed to help international students organize parts of the U.S. university application process. The service currently allows users to create an account, enter academic records and extracurricular information, calculate internal profile scores, set university preferences, build ED, EA, and RD application plans, track application statuses, and manage admissions-related tasks.
GlobalAdmit does not submit applications on your behalf, does not act as a college, university, or government agency, and does not guarantee any admission, scholarship, visa, or financial aid result.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should change your password promptly and stop using the service until access is secure.
If you use Google sign-in, you also agree to the terms and privacy rules that apply to your Google account. GlobalAdmit may rely on the identity information returned by Google or by its authentication provider to authenticate you.
4. Your Content and Inputs
You may enter academic, testing, extracurricular, preference, planning, status, and task information into the service. You represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
You remain responsible for reviewing all profile scores, application classifications, deadlines, task suggestions, and status records before relying on them. Incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or manually changed data may affect outputs.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use GlobalAdmit to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape or copy protected data at scale, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use false information in a way that could harm other users or the platform.
You also may not reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent such restrictions are not permitted by applicable law.
6. Admissions Guidance Disclaimer
GlobalAdmit’s scoring, categorization, planner, and status tools are internal organizational aids. They are not official admissions advice, legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any outcome. Universities may change deadlines, policies, testing expectations, aid rules, and admissions standards at any time.
You should independently confirm application requirements, deadlines, and official policies directly with each institution.
7. Data Sources and Third Parties
GlobalAdmit currently relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage. The service also uses university reference information stored in the platform’s University dataset and may offer Google sign-in where enabled. Third-party services may have separate terms, privacy notices, uptime commitments, and technical limitations.
8. Availability and Changes
GlobalAdmit may add, remove, improve, suspend, or modify features at any time, including scoring logic, planning workflows, data fields, and supported sign-in methods. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or issues outside of GlobalAdmit’s control.
9. Suspension and Termination
GlobalAdmit may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the service, or exposed the platform or other users to harm. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
The GlobalAdmit interface, branding, software logic, page design, scoring frameworks, and compiled dataset structure are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself, only a limited right to use it for its intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalAdmit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalAdmit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of opportunity, lost profits, admission outcomes, scholarship outcomes, or decisions made in reliance on the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
GlobalAdmit may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Contact
If you publish a support or legal contact channel for GlobalAdmit, that channel should be used for questions about these Terms, account access, or requests relating to your use of the service.
